I canceled my subscription on january 6th 2021, still they deducted the subscription fee from PayPal, once on march 7th and again twice on march 8th, cumulating to 105 dollars. Henryīe careful! So, I had to change my answer to, that I have not received the product. So, I opened up My Daz Studio Assets in Daz Central to reload Victoria 9 HD Presale, and It's not there either! I had it for a brief period of time and now it's not there. So, after a couple of days, I fired up Daz Studio again and searched for the location of Victoria 9 HD, and I could not locate it anywhere in Daz Studio on any of my PCs. So, when I received your questionnaire asking if I received the product Victoria 9 HD Presale, I answered that I had. Then I closed Daz Studio and Shut My PC down as I usually do.
It downloaded and it installed just fine in my Daz Studio 4.20 Pro and everything with the product worked really well when I opened it up in a file and rendered it.
